Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Prismatic Costumes ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning all business ("the work", "project/s", or "costumes") done with The Company, & Johnnyangel Pineda, operator of Prismatic Costumes. By submitting any and all payments you are agreeing to the terms hereby presented to you, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING ANY SERVICE OR WORK PROVIDED BY PRISMATIC COSTUMES.

QUOTE, TIMELINE, & JOB DETAILS AGREEMENT:
At the start of all projects a "full quote" will be provided to you detailing: timeline of project, details of the job - ie: what costume pieces will be made, and a price quote based on current market place pricing. Once these details are agreed upon by you, the client, and the company, all changes are subject to a $25 change fee per addition/subtraction. This includes but isn't limited to changing due by date, adding a costume piece, or attempt to renegotiate price.

PROJECT START:
All projects/work requires a 50% deposit, payable no later than 5 business days prior to project end date. Any project start deposit paid less than 5 business days prior to project end date may incur a rush fee up to 10% of project total.

DEPOSITS:
All Deposits are non refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
There are no returns or exchanges on custom costumes.
​
ALTERATIONS:
Alterations are included for up to 6 months following project end date.
​
GOVERNING STATE:
Any disputes will be litigated by the State of California and the laws therewithin.
